the product has helped my father a lot in curing his ulticaria and ulcers of the buttocks . sitting on it keeps the area airy and one doesnt sweat which leads to curing of the area . people especially elders who have long sittings and some major issues . go for it if required ...hmm it could have a cover which could be removed and washed and reput to make it more hygienic.. over alll must buy if needed
